- He [Richard Foliot] married Elizabeth, daughter of Sir John DE SEGRAVE, le uncle, of Loddon, Norfolk, by Julienne, daughter and heir of Sir John DE SANDWIZ, of Folkestone, Kent. He died s.p. and a minor, 29 May 1325. At his death any hereditary Barony, that may be supposcd to have been created by the writ of 1295, fell into abeyance. His widow married, soon after 25 June 1331, as 2nd wife, Sir Roger DE NORTHWODE, of Norwood, Kent [LORD NORTHWODE].
