[LORD BURNELL], who died 27 November 1420, and whose will, dated at Weoly, 2 October 1417, was proved in the Palace of the Archbishop of Canterbury, 6 February 1420/1. She, for whom Robes of the Order of the Garter were ordered to be provided in 1399 and 1409, died 10 or 11 May 1409, and was buried in Dunmow Priory.
Her heir was her 1st s., Humphrey FitzWauter, who was born 18 October 1398, at Penshurst, Kent, and died s.p. 1 September 1415, being succeeded by his next brother, Walter FitzWauter, who was born 22 June 1401, at Woodham Walter.
