From booklet "Bogue Chitto Baptist Church, Carters Creek, MS 1812-1962, Celebrates Its Sesquicentennial". Booklet gives brief history of church. One item: 1884 Enon Baptist Church was organized in The Grange hall, located near the Head of Carter's Creek. The following members were granted letters of dismissal from Bogue Chitto into this organization. W. W. Brewer, Elijah Cothern, Lucretia Cothern, and 20 others. This proves Lucretia lived at least to 1884. W. W. Brewer was her son by David Brewer.
