Greg Bennett reports son Aruthur "Bud" Lovell believed Gertrude died young from epilepsy when he was 11 years old. Death certificate says cause of death was Coronary Thrombosis, following Cholecystectomy (Portal vein thrombosis is an uncommon post-operative complication following abdominal surgery).
