  • Notes
    • Cassandra was born about 1791. She is the daughter of Frederick Varner and Juda Pfautz. Varner Families of the South, Gerald H. Varner, Vol 1, page 73

Cassandra's parents Frederick and Juda moved to Georgia in about 1790 and settled next to John Varner's son Matthew Varner, in Oglethorpe County.

She may have married Edmond Sutherland on 16 April 1813 in Ogelthorpe, Georgia and they had at least one child, John Varner Sutherlin born 1821, but not confirmed with some conflicts.

Use existing profile if adding as husband.
