In 1646, Daniel Isaac Faure I married Marie Anne Thibaut (1630-1701) in La Rochelle-Normande, France. She is the daughter of Jean and Elizabeth Tribault. Daniel and Marie Anne had four children. They were: Daniel Isaac Faure II (1647-1701), Jacques Faure (1654-1710), Marie Ann Faure (1652-1750), and Anne Thibault Faure (1658-1760).
