  Thomas his wife Ann and three children came to Australia nearly 60 years ago, in the ship Alexandria, the voyage occupying six months. The family landed at Brisbane and shortly after went to Moggill in The Settler, which at that time plied between Ipswich and Brisbane by river. After a residence of one year at Moggill, the family moved to Goodna, where they remained for another year. Over 60 years ago they removed to Rosevale, where Mr. Lawrance selected land and engaged somewhat extensively in potato-growing. DEATH.
