Both of those families married into the THORPE, HARRIS, MYRICK and other connecting families and as I didn't have her last name I am unsure. Timothy THORPE, Sr. and wife, Mary, were the parents of the following children according to my information and the 1st child show, Mary THORPE, born: Abt. 1700 in Isle of Wight Co., VA, married twice, once to Edward (2) HARRIS, II/Jr. who was the son of Mary TURNER, born: 1675 in Isle of Wight Co., VA, died: April 27, 1733 in Isle of Wight Co., VA, md: 1685 in Isle of Wight Co., VA, (daughter of Mary TOMLIN and John (1) TURNER, I/Sr., born: 1656 in Charles City, Henrico County, Virginia, died: Aft. March 25, 1705 in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, and Mary TURNER's husband, Edward (1) HARRIS, I/Sr., born: 1663 in Isle of Wight co., VA, died: March 25, 1734 in Isle of Wight Co., VA, who was the son of Ann MARTIN, born: Abt. 1641, died: 1688 in Isle of Wight Co., VA, md: Abt. 1661 in Charles City County, Virginia, and husband, Thomas (2) HARRIS, II/Jr., born: 1636 in Charles City County, Virginia on the east side of the James River at WEST and SHIRLEY HUNDRED, died: October 1688 in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, who was the son of Thomas (1) HARRIS, I/Sr., born: 1614 in England, died: 1672 in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, and either his 1st wife whose name is not usually mentioned or may have been ? I descend from the Ann HARRIS, (daughter of the aforementioned Ann MARTIN and Thomas (2) HARRIS, II/Jr. who were the parents of the aforementioned Edward (1) HARRIS, Sr.,) and Ann HARRIS married Bridgeman JOYNER, Sr.. In addition, after the death of the aforementioned Edward (2) HARRIS, Sr. his widow, Mrs. Mary THORPE HARRIS, married as her 2nd husband, Owen (3) MYRICK, III, son of Owen (2)MYRICK, II, son of Owen (1) MYRICK, I, born: Abt. 1630 in England, (where his family moved in the late 1500s upon moving from Wales and then immigrated from England in the 1630s into New England and then his branch came into Virginia. This Owen (1) MYRICK, I/Sr. was involved with and arrested during BACON'S REBELLION and he was married twice to 1st wife: Joan THORPE?, (not sure of her last name yet but if a THORPE then I am most sure she was related to the Mary THORPE who married their grandson and Joan THORPE? was the mother of the children of Owen (1) MYRICK, Sr./I who later married as the 2nd husband of Mrs. Mary GREEN? GRAYE, (widow of (Sir) John GRAYE.) I descend from Owen (1) MYRICK, Sr./I and wife, Joan THORPE?, it is believed through their son, Francis (1) MYRICK, Sr., whom is believed to have married a woman named Rebecca CARROLL? and through either their son, John MYRICK, or their son, Richard MYRICK, through either John or Richard's son, (Colonel) James L. MYRICK, (RS,) and wife, Mary BROOKER, and their son, William MYRICK, and wife, Elizabeth "Bettie" PIERCE, and their son, William H.
