In Deeds of GA, Franklin Co., 1784-1826, by Martha Acker, I find these entries concerning John Marshburn Redwine: "DEED dated Franklin Co., 4 Nov. 1817, rec. 4 Aug. 1824, from William Hall of afore said to JOHN REDWINE of same. It should be noted that the Index to the 1820 Georgia census has John Redwine living in Madison County. This is more that likely correct as John may have had land adjoining Madison and Franklin counties.
In 1830, John Redwine is living in Coweta County, Georgia. he died there in the city of Palmetto on November 25, 1841.
The middle name of John came from the files of Becki Redwine.
