The attainder of his father was reversed in 1472, whereby his father's honours were restored to him, and he became dejure LORD KYME. M.P. for co. Lincoln, 1472 and January 1477/8. Sheriff of co. Lincoln, 1480. He married Elizabeth, daughter of Sir John HERON. He died 30 January 1494/5, and was buried in Kyme Priory.
